How to Return — Step by Step
Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return experience.
Record Unboxing Video
Film a continuous, uncut video showing the sealed parcel, unboxing, and the issue clearly. This is mandatory for all return claims.
Go to Your Order
Navigate to Account → Orders → Select the delivered order you want to return.
Click "Request Return"
Select the issue type (Defective, Wrong Product, or Damaged in Transit), provide details, and submit within 24 hours of delivery.
Wait for Review
Our quality team will review your request within 24 hours. You'll see the status update on your order page in real-time.
Reverse Pickup
If approved, a Delhivery pickup will be auto-scheduled. Keep the product ready in its original packaging.
Refund Processed
After inspection, refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges
We offer FREE Insured Shipping on all orders above ₹50,000. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of ₹500 applies to cover high-value transit insurance and secure handling.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placement or before the status changes to "Packed", whichever is earlier.
- Once an order is shipped or customized work has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
- For approved cancellations, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation by AURERXA
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product failing our final multi-stage Quality Check (QC) before dispatch.
- Unexpected inventory discrepancies or raw material availability.
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions on the website.
- Detection of suspicious or potentially fraudulent transaction patterns.
* In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method immediately.
Returns & Refund Policy
At AURERXA, every piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Given the high intrinsic value of these products, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Returns are only considered in the following 3 verifiable cases:
Defective Product
Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery. (Must report within 24 hours)
Wrong Product
Item received does not match your order details. (Must report within 24 hours)
Damaged in Transit
Damaged during shipping despite secure packaging. (Must report within 24 hours)
Anti-Fraud Weight & Purity Check
Every return is subjected to mandatory physical inspection including:
- Purity Verification: We verify our embossed AURERXA logo, hallmark stamps, and HUID (Hallmark Unique ID).
- Hallmark Applicability: Please note that BIS Hallmarking is applicable only to 14K, 18K, 20K, 22K, 23K, and 24K Gold and certain Silver articles as per government norms. Gold-plated, Bentex, Artificial jewelry, and fashion accessories do not carry a BIS Hallmark as they are not made entirely of precious metals.
- Verification Cross-Check: Any HUID mismatch or tampering with brand markings found against our records leads to immediate rejection of the return.
- Weight Accuracy (0.01g): If the returned weight is marginally less than the documented dispatch weight, it is treated as criminal fraud.
- Third-Party Inspection: In cases of dispute, AURERXA reserves the right to send the product to an independent government-approved gemological laboratory for verification. The decision of the laboratory will be final and binding.
- Legal Recovery: In the event of documented fraud, the customer agrees to indemnify AURERXA for all costs incurred, including but not limited to forensic testing fees, legal representative fees, and administrative costs.
- Legal Action: Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted under IPC Section 420 (Cheating) and IPC Section 406 (Breach of Trust).
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Without a continuous, uncut unboxing video, return claims will be automatically rejected. The video must show:
- The fully sealed parcel upon arrival
- Clear view of the shipping labels & seal
- The complete unboxing process (video must not be edited)
- The AURERXA logo/purity stamp on the product
- Invoice and certificates included in the box
- Close-up of the reported defect or damage
